CSA returned to the Knoxville Zoo this week for a site visit of the Gibbons Trails. The site looks amazing and the gibbons seem to be enjoying their new area. We’ve added some photos below but hope that you will visit the zoo soon to see it up close!
CSA provided structural engineering services for our friends at CLR Design for Knoxville Zoo’s gibbons habitat. Services included construction documents and specifications for new holding, dayroom and viewing buildings and exhibits, new visitor and services areas, site retaining walls and boardwalks. You can view the story from Knox News here.
CSA is proud to announce the addition of Casey Brown to our team. Casey earned his Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee. He has been practicing Structural Engineering since 2013 for a large firm in Chattanooga where he assisted in a variety of Structural Engineering applications including analysis and design of building structures, review of shop drawings, creation of structural models and site visits to ensure design intent in construction. We are happy to have him on board here in Knoxville!
