Estimated construction cost $28 Million
Converted 260,000sf of retail and movie theatre space into 156 hotel suites to expand the current Peabody Hotel. The structural design included adding an interstitial level and modifying braced frames.
The Nettleton Condos– Memphis, TN
Renovated a multi-story timber framed warehouse into condo units. Included the addition of intermediate floors and 2 stories above the existing roof level.
Collierville Fire Station Renovation and Remodel – Collierville, TN
Desoto County Maintenance Office Building– Southaven, MS
Added a second level of office and storage space over the existing offices.
West Tennessee Bone and Joint Building Renovation and Addition – Jackson, TN
Renovation of existing lobby and office spaces and included the addition of a MRI and rehabilitation suite.
First National Bank – Marion, AR
Renovated a 2 story house into bank and office space including the addition of a drive through canopy and a vault.
First Capital Bank – Memphis, TN
Renovated a Krystal restaurant into bank and office space including the addition of a drive through canopy and a vault.
Trust One Bank – Memphis, TN
Renovated a Dixie Queen restaurant into bank and office space including the addition of a drive through canopy and a vault.
Bartlett Pediatrics Office Building- Bartlett, TN
Performed seismic analysis and provided a retrofit design to an existing two story building. Analyzed roof framing and support and provided required modifications necessary to meet minimum design criteria. Modifications included adding light gage members to roof truss and roof truss girders and installing a steel beam and column system to support truss girders where additional light gage members were inadequate to support the roof load.
Shelby County Head Start – Memphis, TN
Renovated an approximately 15,000sf office building into a Head Start facility including the seismic analysis and retrofit of the structure.
Alternative School Upgrades – Trenton, TN
Renovated an approximately 3,300sf maintenance building into an Alternative School including the seismic analysis and retrofit of the pre-engineered metal building structure.
